Links2Health is an introducer marketplace, built NSW-first. We connect verified nurses and care workers with aged care, NDIS and home-care providers for permanent, direct hire. We are not the employer and we are not labour hire — we make the introduction, and the hiring decision always stays with the provider.
Our story
Built to fix two broken halves of one problem.
Links2Health was founded by Shirley Dee, owner and director of Links2Health Pty Ltd (ACN 699 448 756). Working alongside providers across New South Wales, she kept seeing the same two problems.
On one side, providers were paying endless agency hourly margins — month after month — to rent the very staff they could have employed directly. On the other, good care professionals were getting lost in clunky sign-ups and job boards that asked them to retype their whole career.
Links2Health fixes both with something simpler: a real human introduction, and one flat fee. Providers hire directly; care workers keep every cent of their pay. We just make the right two people meet.

Meet Shirley Dee
Shirley is the founder and director of Links2Health, and the person who personally reviews both sides of every introduction. When a provider posts a role or a worker builds a profile, it's Shirley who reads them and makes the match — there's no faceless queue and no algorithm deciding who's worth a look.
That human touch is the point. It's why providers get a genuine shortlist instead of an inbox of résumés, and why workers are introduced for roles that actually fit.

What makes us different

A flat introduction fee
Providers pay us once to make the introduction — not an hourly margin that keeps charging for as long as someone works. The maths is simple and it ends.
Direct from day one
The worker becomes the provider’s own employee from their first day. No middle layer, no labour-hire arrangement — a real, permanent role on the provider’s books.
Every worker verified
We check AHPRA registration where it applies, confirm NDIS Worker Screening is visible, and have police checks declared before an introduction is made.
A real person matches
Introductions are made by a person who has read the role and the profile — not an algorithm firing résumés into an inbox.
You keep the decision
We introduce; we never decide. The provider always interviews, chooses and makes the offer. The hiring call stays exactly where it belongs.
Workers keep their pay
Care workers are hired direct and keep every cent — the provider carries the cost, never the worker.
